Why not switch to cheaper sustainable building metrials like ISSB-blocks with only 7% cement in the mixture. For story buildings use the ISSBs with two holes and you can use wooden beam ceilings instead of concrete ceilings. The mud for the bricks and the wood are made in Ghana, this is better than importing cement and iron rods.

Honestly, whats the average Ghanaian supposed to do. Wages are not increasing but cement price goes up every week. How can people live in this country?
I think stone dust is better quality than sea sand and this the only place that use sea sand in building. I chose to build tradition building for my home and use cement in my foundations only. The other option is interlocking bricks which is cooler than cement blocks. What do you think?
I listened to you and bought 16 Tons of high tensile iron rods in January 9th 2024. Even though I exchanged dollars into cedis to make the purchase. Today per my calculations is $700 higher.

Hello Bro, I love the content in your videos, but you should try to do content on each material to make the videos short and informative at the same time, that will even bring you more revenue, we are very busy people in the diaspora but still appreciate what you do for us, most of us will avoid your videos as soon as we see the length of it, or would just watch part of it. Just a little heads up on how you can make more money and keep your viewers engaged.
Please note that it’s a live session so we make time to interact with the live audience. That’s why the videos are longer than the other videos we make

Am currently building a school 🏫 and the cost of building materials is mind-blowing. Binding wire@ 65ghc, 10mm@ 45ghc per iron rod. Last week I bought cement 105 per bag.
This current npp government is making this worse in this country. You can control necessities things like iron rods , cement and other materials in buildings.
Fellow readers, l can bet with u that another vote for NPP under Dr Bawumia will make Ghana even worse than what we’re feeling and seeing now.The Ghc15+ to the dollar will jump to Ghc25+ to the dollar within 9 months under Bawumia. NPP under Nana Addo has failed Ghana abysmally they have nothing to offer Ghanaians than sweet talks. Vote wisely

Ghanaians aren’t familiar with that building style…..maybe the government should advocate and explain it for confidence and assurance
I'll need more details about this. Honestly, there must be simple ways to build modern houses to reduce costs.
We must opt for alternatives to cement. It's becoming the benchmark to price the rest of the building materials in Ghana.
It's distressing

We must find alternatives to cement. Its hegemony is overwhelming the market. The poor are suffering,

U the same person will collect tee shirts and vote for them 😂😂😂😂
I watched till the end
Oh wow!! You are amazing! Thank you so much!!
Please is there a big difference in strength between the 32 and 42 cement types?
Yes,42.5 dries quickly, than 32,but they all meet the same strength.
the clapping sound at the background is funny
Why???
In Berekum a treep of stones is 6300ghs, cement which is not even cemaf or Ghacem it’s super strong or something is 120 ghs for 42r … crazy right?
It’s sad that as you move farther away from Accra things become even more expensive
Thank you bro
Thanks bebree for watching

Don't worry the rent will go up too
I was paying 105 for Gasim 45 and Monday it was 115 each 😢
Sorry about that!
I used 120k for fence wall 😢 I swear the country cast eiii
Oh you don’t mean it!!!!! How many plots and how big is the land?
i find it a bit extreme ,it doesn,t refret the true depreciation of Ghana Cedis, 100-105 Ghana cedis would,ve been fair
I agree.
Houses in the USA are made from treated wood so why can’t we build similarly in Ghana?
The climates are different
Ghana eed to change allies...akuffo addo is the main problem here
I purchased my iron rods 8,300
Oh wow. At which location?

Hmmm.
What if I import my own building Materials?
You know what? It won’t work cos building materials are expensive in America. Asem ooo 😅😅😅😅
Hmmm 🤔
I would stop building in higher inflation. Too much money to lose.
Hmmm
@@AfricaBuildingHub Unless you’re a baller like you, of course 👍🏿🤣
My place ghacem is 90gh
That’s great. Which part of Ghana is that?
Cement is not 120 it’s 105 for Ghacem 42.5R
Hmmm I'm losing hope kraa mpo too much 😢
Have faith in God. You will succeed
Don’t give up. If it’s two bedroom you want to build kraa, you can build one bedroom for start. It is well
Please , I want to know if it'll come down or still will go High

Everyone want to Japa😅😅
Uh huh
By the end of this year the cost will get 200 cedis
😮😮
We hope not

I swear the country is very bad .. NPP government have failed Ghana
Less than $9 , aaaa.. very very cheap.., do the cement sellers make profit at all?
Ei 🤣
😢😢😢
It’s well.
It's not true
its true the 42R is between 120 and 130 and 32R is between 90 to 100
If the prices haven’t been increased in your area, please please please don’t say it’s not true.
It’s true currently building in Tadi and Ghacem cement one bag is 120
