personally I think Steven was more in love with the idea of Shayla rather than Shayla herself because whenever he talks about her it's like never ever listed any of her personal qualities like you know she sweet smart funny kind like the only thing he says about is that she hot and amazing but I just think he's like the idea that this Rich fancy girl chose him

Rain said in an interview that Taylor wasn’t dating guys she really liked because of the pain she could feel when it ended. So that piece where it says ‘if she gives you her heart don’t you break it, let your arms be a place she feels safe in’; I really feel as if it has so much to say. She let her walls crumble a little during that dance scene
