Thanks so much! The Fire and Ice trucks were a paid DLC from the first Steel Titans game. You can still buy them, though I'm not sure if you can buy them on the switch still or not. The switch is weird with some things.

It's a paid for DLC in Steel Titans 1. It was less than $5 I believe.

I don't think it's available on the switch. The devs were/are notorious for not supporting the games on the switch.

If you're on the switch, I don't think you can unfortunately :-( but if you're on a different console you just have to buy the DLC.
