I was trying to practice the ASME exam, and the first practice was to change impeller fan from 16 to 14 (from step files), and I was just very curious about how to make an impeller, so I came here! Learnt a lot, and now I got the model, thanks!
I believe this wouldn't be an issue when you do the loft surface with those two giude curves, Mine also not coincide and I try to fix it, but after I realize it wouldn't matter, after doing the loft surface is still fine.
I figured out, sometimes you need to hide previous line sketch in order to selet the edge of surface, so if you select the previous sketch curve instead of the actuall edge of that surface, then it wouldn't allow you to extend the edge.😁

I can't Extend the Edge one of them, (First Edge, 9:27-9:31). But I selected the Face.
