Proud of my country, we allow every culture to exist and practise freely. Thailand should also learn and do this to malay community in southern thailand to ensure peace as they just want to keep their cultural identity alive. Please dont force thai identity towards them 🙏.
The fact is Thailand treat everyone freely and peaceful every religion are free for people to choose no force but only small group of Muslim is violence they kill both Muslim and Buddhist in deep south while Siamese people never do anything like this in Malaysia

Boleh tak kamu di Malaysia hentikan propaganda tentang Dasar Rathaniyom semasa perang dunia kedua? Hal itu telah basi dan bukan etnik Melayu sahaja yang dipaksa meninggalkan budaya mereka untuk kebudayaan yang seragam dengan Bangkok. Negara kamu pun tidak sempurna, kenapa kamu sibuk dengan negara jiran? Orang kamu pun sibuk ke Hatyai bercuti kerana tak berpuas hati dengan pelancongan dalam negara. Kenapa orang kamu tidak berusaha mempromosi dan menyokong pelancongan negara sendiri? Bukankah sikap yang sama dengan orang Melayu negeri Patani yang memuat naik video propaganda di Tiktok itu?
In Malaysia Siamese can speak more than 4 languages, Malay, Chinese, Inggeris and Thai. In Bangkok many people is jealous because they can speak many languages. In Malaysia, Siamese Malaysian born consider bumiputra , they can get 7% discount if they buy a house in Malaysia
It's nice to see that Thais from Thailand acknowledge Siamese in Malaysia that they have similar cultures. Unlike the other country who have similar cultures and same race in Malaysia but they accused Malaysia copy them.
@@erison_guciWhile it is true our people did blatantly rebrand some stuff as malay culture out of ignorance and ideology, there are indeed cultural practices that did came from Malay ethnic (songket from Srivijaya ) and in extend Malaysia itself ( sepak takraw, baju kurung, the custom of kain dagang or samping, literature genre like pantun, syair and hikayat from Malacca sultanate and zapin dance from Johor sultanate)
@@erison_guci the problem is not on our current generation, you should ask the elderly jawa, bugis and minang why they identify themselves as and insisted it in the constitution to be Malay when they migrated here in the early 20th century. Even before that there's already jawa community in johor, minang in N9 and bugis in Selangor and Sarawak who have already been living here for around 4 centuries and has assimilated to the malay culture but still uphold their ancestral root. Noted that in the present, Indonesian who migrated here will simply be registered as bangsa Indonesia and not Melayu anymore
We the Javanese and Sundanese have Siam roots too, it's written in Portuguse notes with the title " Decada Da Asia" written by Joao de Barros ( 1496 - 1570 ), it's make sense because when some Sundanese or Javanese doing DNA test on My Herytage or 23 And Me will having the result Thai DNA percentage as dominant than other Gene from Malay ( Austronesian ) or India heritage..

Etnic malays in Thailand are not given a chance to set up their own malay language school, they are integrated into thai school which prohibits them to speak malay. As a result younger generations of etnic malays are unable to speak their own mother tongue.

Because, you rebrand their culture as Malays. They don't want to be called as Malays, just like how Siamese are called as just Siamese.

Never ever heard of siamese in indonesia but here we have java descent since they came to trade with us many hundred year ago
