Like on Friday I had airfryed fries with burger and I couldn't afford an airfryer in hostel. Also I had ice lolly one day which I also couldn't have in my hostel. I have to make everything by own which was kinda impossible for me to do in my university schedule which was very busy and hectic. I told the coach that I'm very busy person so please make my plan accordingly she tried but I still couldn't manage. So if you say that you prioritize clients preferences then you don't do in this manner which I understand that we have to calculate calories but coach didn't even let me have roti from cafe😢. Also I had to take 220gm of chicken daily it was too expensive for me at that time being a student and now 1 kg of chicken is 600 and in their plan you have to eat only boneless breast. Yes your plans are good but firstly you charge so high and then the plan itself is very complicated and expensive to follow. Normal people these day can't afford it. You need to find other protein sources and cheap things before adding into clients plan. If you have a lot of time and money than their plan is perfect. I did loose weight with it but didn't renew because of expenses. But I do love your fitness page for breaking the stereotypes of dieting and learnt a lot from you❤
