MY NS200 BS4 bike have some issue bro like when I start my bike and run for around 5-6km it's show temperature symbol and after that it's automatically my bike off and later 10 mins it's starts what to do tell me if u know plz tell bro
Check temperature sensor and radiator relay if the bike is turning off then check the cdi too

oil switch kro motul 7100 dalo 10w50 ye problem nhi ayegi aur long rides me koi dikkat nhi ayegi

see what actually happening is the same speedometer of different bs4 motorcycle is permanently solving the whole issue and apart from that everything that has something to do with it has been changed 4 times but they show no signs of any changes and every thing that has been described is been experienced personally so replacing the speedometer is the one and unfortunately the only solution left with it

Because I have as200 I have change the current recently, so it doesn’t really give me problems when I’m writing normally, but when I push the thought little bit, it starts behaving. It shows the red light overheating sign and the fans starts spinning.
there must be some current production issue or maybe your cdi coupler could be the culprit too get it checked it will be solved permanently as bs3 motorcycle doesn't have this problem this problem is mainly occuring in bs4 specially so if it arises in bs3 than changing the relay temp sensor or thermostat can solve this problem

bhai kash esa krne se shi ho jata pr believe me brother sab kar ke dekh liye coolant + uska reservoir sab full bhar diya coolant ki pipe me jo thermostat valve hoti he wo bhi change kr diya wiring check krwa li relay new lgwa diya temperature sensor new lgwa cdi tk new lgwa di pr problem nhi gyi fir ek friend he mera uspe ns bs4 hi he uski bike ka speedometer swap kra and jese hi lgaya he over heat ki light jalna band hogyi then mene relay ko wapas lgaya sab normal hogya jese ki koi fault hi nhi tha

if you're facing the same problem in rs200 than I'll suggest you to change your temperature sensor or thermostat whatsoever required out of these two
i tried to replace thermostat sensor but still the same but thermostat i did not tey yet. is thermostat has a sensor too?

bro listen to me if its bs6 then it will be fuel injected so clean the injector as well as do the valve clearance it will work for you and i know brother that bajaj is disappointing its customers day by day by launching shitty colour schemes for ns rs and that too they launched one in a 125 cc motor known as ns125
