In fact, you may come to a reasonable conclusion with the information you have available, only to find out that the exact opposite is true due to certain information being unavailable to you or certain perspectives never being presented.
You can I especially if you live in Cincinnati. After getting a $350 bill from Duke I shopped for a different rider. Also I discover that Duke does not have a fix rate. I check my bills and for the last 5 years Duke rates has almost doubled.
Duke Energy is so full of sh!t. My electric bill was never over $220 in the last 20 years. My average over the last 5 years was $150. Suddenly, it's $260, $240. A few years ago, my heat pump outdoor unit broke down and we were using emergency heat - my bill was only $220 that month. Only thing I want to know is when is this going to stop??
It is ridiculous how duke energy are hitting up there customers than they claim even billing that clearly does not help...cause you still got to pay the whole bill...they need to have a percentage for senior citizens....
I am unable to access my Duke online usage as I cannot set up account. Verification is never accomplished due it not showing up on page where I'm supposed to enter confirmation #.
