Great build! Here's a suggestion for you...if you shorten the hitch you will plow alot less snow and the sled ride better. You want to space the hitch lenghth so that when you are in the sled comfortably holding the handle bars, your feet are in the middle of the sled, or slighlty toward the back. Standing in toward the front of the sled, your weight is pushing down directly at the front and pushes the nose of the sled down. If you have your feet in the middle, or slightly toward the back, the nose of the sled rides up better and you won't get so much snow piling up and pushing into the sled....and you'll even increase gas mileage and horsepower a little more. But great looking build!
I have tried to switch the belt and also two different belt brands. I just haven't had the time to get the thing out and adjust the clutch but new video on it coming soon.

You beat me to it! I actually just pulled it into the garage to adjust that and to make a couple more modifications coming in a video soon!
Gotta adjust that idle and clutch before ya run someone over lol
Fix the clutch bud. Shouldn’t roll like that. Belt might be backwards which would make it do that too.
