    Great review and looks like an awesome bike. 28mph on a bike is pretty quick IMO

      it sure is. Any faster, and we're getting into motorcycle domain.

      A million thanks. My neighbor bought 2 today. We'll see in a week how good they are. In my small isolated desert town, everything has to be ordered. Pretty stoked for them. I just ordered a pet trailer, even though I don't have a pet. 😮

    I own one now, have 30 miles on it. Ive only had time to ride it to work coming back from a lunch. I like it, Im 6'1.5 220lbs and it pulls me to 28 with almost no slowdown on an incline

    Handlebars could be wider, I think. My neighbor just ordered 2 Rangers today. We'll see. These handlebars are the same as my 4"x20" fat tire folder has. They're OK, at 800 miles almost, and the stock tires have another 700 miles left on them, I hope. Maybe the camera makes the handlebars look narrower. I'll get to see one in about a week. Even the cheaper knobbies last longer than before. I love my 3 ebikes, I dont have a car anymore due to my old age. I quit voluntarily at almost 67. I did a 3 year trial ebike only, until I donated my truck. I'll be back in 1 week. 😮

      The handlebars are fairly wide, especially in comparison to my Ride1up Roadster. I did add an adjustable riser, because for me, I wanted the bars to be a few inches higher for the really long rides. Now for me, they're perfect. They may look a little narrow because of the action camera fish eye.

    I'm a little confused. Are those the skin skin skinny tires?

    Great review on that big boy, fat fatty tires e bike Nice that you stressed how well brakes work an the power it has for hills.

    Great review! It convinced me to get one too. I noticed that the pedal assist gets you to 10,15,20,25,28 MPH and nothing between. So you’re under 100% your own power if you want to keep a speed at 13mph, for example. I’ve messed with the settings on the display but haven’t found a setting for more dynamic assist. Do you know anything about that?

      Unfortunately the bike menu system seems to be really limited. It instantly peaks out in all of the pedal assist modes because the motor is so powerful, and there is no way to edit this that I'm aware of.

    I am thinking about getting this bike. How is it holding up and do you think it’s worth it? Thanks

    • @LowDoughTech
      @LowDoughTech  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I do think it's worth it. At the price, it's great. As far as "holding up" it's also great, but keep in mind I've not had it long enough to give a really long term opinion. I have four bikes from Actbest, and they're all really well built, for what it's worth.

      Ebike laws vary from state to state, but generally, no. No license or insurance is required to ride ebikes here in Ohio. Check your local ebike laws, but I'm not aware of any state that requires licensing or insurance for Ebikes.
      Also be aware that some bikes fall into "not technically class 1,2, or 3 ebike" categories based on motor output power, but whether or not those rules get enforced can come down to how foolish and brazen a rider chooses to be, and how much attention they draw to themselves.

    Beware do not buy this bike. I didn’t have this bike for even a week before it stopped functioning correctly. It’s been throwing multiple error codes and completely stopped working leaving me stranded 10 plus miles from home. Customer service has completely stopped communicating with me. Spend a little bit more and buy from a reputable company and save yourself some grief
