I understand riot put out a lot of money for these guys to go out there, but it sounds like they only care about how big of a community they have. They don’t care about the individual and just wanted to use them to promote their other games. Low scummy but it was all paid for I guess
actually, its benefitial for all streamers as well if other viewers get to check them out, but the way they organized it was pretty bad. We all saw the articles of how chilly they work at riot games, you can play games while work. They even have people who, all they do, is organise internal 5v5 games within employees.
They can basically do what they want, you can even play other games than from riot.
That means they have no working attitude, more community relaxed shit.

The thing with this rune is that it is starting to scale after mid game and this is the time when if you have good cs you already have good items to fight. It pays off for 5th and 6th item but after you get all the gold it leaves on the 10% damage buff which is not a little but it happens so rarely that I can say that its a trashy rune for melee champs. Sion maybe is an exception.
Still I feel it like a burst support rune. Support end up the game with 3 (4 items if lucky) while everyone else are on full build. With this rune and Lux I managed to get between 1000-1500 gold at the end of the game which lead to snowballing a lot.
That's true. Gold has less value as the games get longer. It doesn't matter at all if you start winning 150g per proc midgame if you have to sacrifice your early. Maybe assassins and burst mages can use the rune since they don't have damage issues and they tend to pick damage keystones. So losing a bit of damage for gold can be viable.
But idk, I'm still kinda sceptical about First Strike. Looks like the classic example of good on paper but not great in practice.

love the content bausffs, If you want to try a new tank build try Glacial augment runes, tear into hullbreaker into fimbulwinter/frostfire gauntlet 2nd/3rd, you can fill in the rest
I'd like to see it too, but it seems like it's generally more of a jungle/support rune choice.
Viable for sure on a lot of toplaners but it feels like grasp is usually more worth.
