New addition to my rental fleet - 2011 BMW 323i. 2.5L naturally aspirated engine. Rear wheel drive. It's common for these cars to have a valve cover gasket leak.
I see one listed for 2500 not too far away from me. Not much in the description besides “good” 😂😂 I asked questions regarding it obviously. The mileage is is about 230k is it good or bad deal?
Depends on what the mileage is on the car and if the previous owner has taken care of it. Mine was only 1 owner. With BMWs you have to be mentally ready for something going wrong with the car. Currently mine has an electrical problem where the engines shuts off while driving.
The N52 Engine will never let you down.

I wouldn't go for a BMW that cheap unless I knew how to work on cars. They can be very expensive to fix.
Needs a valve cover and new gasket it’s made of plastic and the crack from the heat of the engine. They are junk in my opinion with all the plastic.
Hey I am planning to buy one its the same model but its manual getting it for $5k canadian what do you think is it a good deal to go with it
