In one episode...there wouldn't be a video of ‘Names...' and in the caption it says she calls him ‘a lot’, if it were singular and only ‘Durwood' if that were the case. For instance, she calls him ‘Dorion’ in one part of the video...the episode of ‘Endora Babysits Baby Tabitha’.
The running joke was that Endora always knew perfectly well that his name was Darren but purposely called him everything else to insult him because he didn't fully accept Samantha being a witch. He wanted her to live a "normal" life without using her powers. When you think about it, this show was ahead of its time.

Endora didn't start the angst, Darrin did, eith his own wife. Sam didn't put with it. Endora, however, came in with a negative attitude of Darrin and mortals/humans in general. It didn't help that Endora flaunted magic in front of Darrin. But we also see that Sam defends Darrin and will do so for the entire series.
