I agree 100% you really need to do thorough research before buying a property, it can set you back financially. I’m glad I could share the knowledge because property is also a good investment in the long run.

Do you have help when it comes to the baby? I would advise you to have a time table for your study time and strictly adhere to it. I don’t know if you are a morning person or night owl. If morning person, make sure you sleep early and wake up early before going to work and study. If night person, wait for your baby to sleep and then study. Give yourself 1 hour and 30 minutes or 2 hours a day. Try to exercise, at least 30 minutes exercise, it helps in terms of lack of sleep but don’t forget to rest, you can’t study 7 days without a break. Have 1 day during the week to be a day off and catch up on your favourite series and sleep. And then weekend push hard during the day so that you can sleep early. Since you have 2 modules, on your time table 2 days consecutive for each module. All the best 💫, you are almost there.
Thk u so much will try to do things that way from now. I dnt hv help with her can't afford it right now. Thkz for ur advice really appreciate it God bless you. 🙏
