I cannot express just how amazingly helpful this channel has been, I suffer severe insomnia and most nights where I just want to scream and cry of frustration I instead am finally able to feel at least relaxed and calm with these rain videos. I’m 3 years late… but my dog does too and now i finally sleep with no more middle of the night barking as this blocks out all of the little sounds she might hear! (Apartment complex has thin walls)
Focusing my mind on the soothing rain sound and not tying it to anything, letting the sound wash over you, helps your brain let go of stresses that may be lingering and gets my body into an ultimate state of relaxation. Thanks Steven! Wish you all a relaxing week!

i have adhd and insomnia and your videos are the only thing that help. i cannot physically fall asleep in silence because my mind just go's on and on about different stupid ideas. i love rain and i always have mainly because its different from the go to white noise which i dont personally like but the rain and thunder is just so calming and relaxing. i just want to say a personal thankyou for all of your help and hard work
This is my favorite 1! I have a 2yo and 3yo and we hate the dark and this is just the rite brightness level, not bright enough to keep us awake but just dimm enough to keep the room lit enough, and who doesnt love the rain!
