Hay Cutting on Blackstone Farm!

We were worried we might not have enough grass to make it through winter so we locked up a few of our paddocks. Turns out grass growth isn't so much of a problem in Taupo, and in the end, we had to cut 100 acres of land to keep the grass under control.
It was such a special moment getting to watch these first-time events unfold for us. We sat for over an hour in the dark watching the hay contractors, unable to comprehend how we ended up with this slice of heaven.
