I tended to just write the heading, then ':' and explained it after. For example: Functions of HR - Recruitment and Selection: ..... Rewarding Employees: ..... But the structure isn't that important as long as it's clear and easy to read for the examiner.

I started studying around November in preparation for my Christmas exams. However, I really got stuck into a routine in January, it wasn't the same each night but approximately 15-18 hours a week including grinds. Coming up to the exams it was a lot more as I took time off school and studied at home.
