Oh boy, this video resonates so much with me. My now ex girlfriend matches all the points of the "Party Girl". Guys, let me tell you this: YOU CAN'T FIX THEM, they don't want anything to do with committment, responsibility and team work. They just want you to accept their completely self-destroying behaviour. Plus, if you fall in love with them , as i did, you're in for a world of pain. You will try to fix them, you will try to make them happy, but they're sooo self absorbed. They can't love you as you love them. Get Out as soon as you realize this, please.

You can't fix anyone else. You should never get into a relationship in order to fix someone. They have to want to fix themselves first. Sometimes if we're lucky and work hard, we can fix ourselves, but that's it. But not in a relationship like that. It's like in a plane crash, help yourself first. Maybe then you meet someone who is worthy of you, and vice versa.

Most of these types of situations are very nuanced. Guys don't just try to pick up women they already know have destructive lifestyles. Much more common is when someone you already knew within proximity to you and potentially had feelings for leans into a lifestyle like this. Accepting reality in those situations can be very tough.

I agree that compassion is disadvantageous, most especially in Western society. Or more simply put, good guys do finish last. @J King guys, I used to be socially anxious, really unwilling to do any sort of parties anything like that, but as time gradually passed by I drank alcohol with friends, it made me so much more social, I've done drugs too. I'm not proud that I let myself open to so many substances, but right now when sober, I can have fun at a club, feeling only slightly weird but still dancing like an animal. It's just only about experience, about getting out of your comfort zone. Even if things seem forced to you, to be having fun at a club is to enjoy the music, yourself, and then others company. Going up to a chick can be fun too if you can learn how to handle rejection, because from some of those approaches you can meet some nice girls, no matter how much this video puts them in the negative view. There might be many thots, really undisciplined, bad, evil party girls out there, but you can still find some quality women who only drink ocasionally. It's hard, but in order to be there, you need to be a high quality man too. Cold truth is it's hard becoming this and hard finding that "kind" too, but one who works hard plays it easy.

I think it is quite important to know how old the girl is. In germany it is quite normal to socialise with alcohol between the ages 15-20. • @proosee

Yeah, in some countries getting black out drunk few times as a teen is pretty normal, I can confirm, but bragging about it or doing it with adults, especially your partner's parents is quite a "level up" for me and I couldn't imagine doing it even in that phase of life at all. Also, the age of 28 you mentioned is a bit high, I believe if you can't control how much you can drink to not to throw up after your 20-22 birthday then you have a bit of a problem.

This pretty much cut most of my friendships but oh well, I don't regret it. So are we doomed when this task is so difficult to be done especially after watching this kind of footage which present one of the examples of 'lq' ones ? It's so depressing...

    • @programmerpctheory1413

As a guy who for the most part befriended hq girls. I can say that all of can't be taken at once, now of course you may not like all hq girls and that complicates things. You've got 2 routes: be a girl's first (usually does happen at younger ages but sometimes older too if you both wait it out (she can be too nervous (just make sure you're more confident than her)), or date a girl who decided to leave an asshole (must be genuine) or after a long one/ones. Obviously if there are too many assholes there is another problem. My point is they tend to clump up, and the criteria for clumping up isn't looks (I was surrounded by nerds after all), it was weird stuff like participation or being good at something or being a weeb sometimes. That's how good looking people and average people sometimes date, that's not always the first criteria. Also you don't have to be the top 10% in terms of looks, you need to be the top 5% in her eyes. And the criteria could be anything, it will stay consistent if she's in your friend group and is typically something gender neutral if high quality.
Another point: the higher quality you go, the less your genes matter. It doesn't take genes to be good at piano, or have a routine/be healthy/groom. Yes I realise I'm deviating and venting now.
The only real thing I can think will lower your chances is height, maybe intelligence, and maybe an attitude that prevents potential growth of self esteem (or a non proactive one)
If you check these 3 and work on yourself I think you can greatly increase your chances within a year
Of course all of this is coming froma teen kissless virgin who got the hq part checked but not the not single part. I'm satisfied nonetheless because I'm not too different from the guys dating the type of girls I'd like to date.
Ok I'm sorry for venting, hope some of this helped
