Mini-Album Pages | Decorative Flap and Pocket (for beginners)

A step-by-step tutorial with measurements to help you create an interactive mini-album page with a decorative flap and inside pocket. This was my mini-album "page one", but you can use this flap and pocket anywhere in your album!

Decorative Flap and Pocket Measurements -
Adhere one piece measuring 2” x 6” (5,1 cm x 15,2 cm) to the page bottom to create a pocket.
Cut another piece measuring 5-3/4” x 6.5” (14,6 cm x 16,5 cm).
Score this piece on the short edge at 1/2” (1,3 cm) and fold.
Tuck the fold inside the tunnel and adhere.
Adhere a decorative edged flap and secure with magnets or other closure.
Decorative papers should be cut 1/4” (.64 cm) shorter than base page, pocket and flap.
