My first sight of president elect William Ruto was at a meeting in Kigali then as Deputy President… from that moment on, I wondered why he was not a President and hoped he became one really soon, I was sad for the fallout with Uhuru Kinyatta. I am a Rwandan American and very impressed with Ruto’s victory and have high hopes he will make Kenya more economic and affordable for Bakenya. May the cool heads prevail and may other Africans follow suit.
