I had a bbl Nov 2019, my advice to you is to not gain weight obviously 10 lbs isn't severe but if you gain like 30-40 lbs you will get a way bigger butt than legs so maintain portion control and keep up with atleast 3 days a week workouts! Another things is to massage any fibrosis you have (hard lumps) atleast 15 Mins everyday. Very dangerous surgery, so happy to see you back home safe with your family. You will love your new look 💛

If you’re taking Vicodin or Norco for pain they cause constipation. Also eating a lot of protein causes it too. So taking the Miralax is a good idea. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

I only took tramadol the first days 😅 that’s the only painkiller the doctor prescribed
