IDK how but I was about to drown myself but I wanted to watch one last video this came up so I clicked and now I'm in my bedroom (this happened a while ago). As a person who struggles so much with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. I couldn't believe it. I have my help, I'm taking my meds and I'm doing so much better.
I used to suffer from depression but my counselors helped me. I still trying to get through it. Since I am going through hard times in my family and it isn’t helping my depression very much

"Please talk to someone" The worst problem with depression is that it has no real diagnosis, and no one believes you and tells you you're too dramatic, and there's nobody who's there for you. Everyone's got their own problems and doesn't have time for anyone else's. The best tip I can give you is to have an imaginary friend, and because they're imaginary at least you can imagine them listening to your problems instead of just yelling at you for being dramatic and ranting about how your life is so much better than theirs.

A lot of the problems of suicidal people is that they are scared so they try to stay alive therefore nobody thinks they are suicidal and don't help them I speak from experience
But I will try to talk to someone... I am mentally verbally physically and $e*ually abused by my father.... but I will try to talk to someone though...
I know this may make any difference but I am so sorry for you and please go talk with someone you trust and if that doesn't work try to make difference by your self and I hope you change your life for the better (sorry for any mistakes english is not my first language)
That is a really hard case. Have you tried talking to a school counselor or therapist? I know not everyone can afford therapy, but even talking to your school's counselor could help. A lot of people think that counselors don't do anything, and maybe thats true in some cases, but even just having that person there for you to get everything off your chest could help.
I have this problem of not wanting to be alive and nor dead and I don't know what to do I don't want help I don't need it and I just going crazy by the voices acting like the people I know and love telling me I'm useless a freak a useless child and I'm only 11 😁➡😅➡🥺➡😭

The actual title could be my reasons or my reasons to live or the title could my reflection or the reflection of one's self or ones inner voice in this case trying to stop the singer from killing themselves each day.
