This is the 3rd CFV game for the Nintendo 3ds
All 3 games were Only in Japan so you need a Japanese 3ds and imported game
Unless you have hacked 3ds then it should be no problem

He called Final Turn.. He's not desperate, but imagine if Aichi got a Trigger on Chronojet's attack, then with that intercept, he'd block Upstream Dragon's attack. He played it best by calling the G0 Rearguards.

Hi i wanna ask for help in building a deck....i just started playing this game and it seems i cant beat Chrono the second time....i managed to get all the cards i need i think but i dont know much about Japanese language....can help me build a deck that i can play through out the game?? I mostly use Royal Paladin Gold Paladin Narukami and Kagero sometimes i use Chrono deck also

You should've gone chronoscommand on the first stride .-.
+Gavriel Why would I go into Chronoscommand? I was able to get rid of all his units without it and got more attacks/damage in than I would have with Chronoscommand. Chronoscommand is only good if I was hitting the full field since I was able to get rid of everything anyway without him.
+AllOnTheVanguard you drew glimmer breath after stride, at the time, chronoscommand was the better option
+Kira Like I explained already, the whole point of Epochmaker was to get more damage in and Chronoscommand is typically only worth doing against full boards/rearguard reliant strategies which was not the case.
+AllOnTheVanguard you had the unflip when rewind unit, the cost wouldn't be that expensive, and In that situation leaving Aichi with no rears would be really devastating ( in the case where you didn't draw glimmer breath)

It's a Japanese 3ds game that is region locked to Japanese 3ds.
So can I download it in North America?
You can only download it by using a Japanese 3ds. Japanese 3ds eshop and English 3ds eshop are different regions and have different games for sale. Where you are located physically doesn't matter, just the region of the 3ds.
