Don't resort to drugs, they make everything worse. You are special. If you feel like you have a dark cloud over your head right now, don't worry. It will pass over you. This is for anyone who needs to hear this. Because I have had moments where I needed to hear something like this. I have gone through depression and therapy, but I made it through. You can also. I love this natural sound. It helps my newborn and I sleep in the mornings. Sleep is sometimes difficult with babies. This soothes her to sleep.
