I was looking for information on how to set up a local company in Singapore and thought this video would be help as 0:07 to 0:14 says "GUIDE TO SETTING UP A LOCAL COMPANY IN SINGAPORE", and ended up wasting the fee paid for registering the company name (and now have problems re-applying with the correct process even though I've successfully withdrawn the first application which was wrong) because of 0:39 to 0:46 which says "Once the company name application has been approved, the first step is to decide which type of company to incorporate." This video is really only for Incorporating a Local Company in Singapore rather than a Guide for Setting Up a Local Company. Neither does this video "guide you step-by-step on setting up a local company in Singapore" as described under this video. Information on how to incorporate a local company is from 0:28 to the end of this video which is not a guide on setting up a local company in Singapore. I wish ACRA would be clearer with their descriptions and subtitles.
