Collect and choose from 20 unique Plant and Zombie Heroes and unlock their lawn-inspiring super powers. Will you pick Plants and deploy the masked, sharp-shooting avenger, Green Shadow? Or will you choose a Zombie Hero and call on the superbly superficial Super Brainz, Zomboss’s secret weapon with a powerful punch and fondness for hair gel? Each Hero’s selection of super powers will help determine your team’s winning strategy.
FORM YOUR TEAM
Every Hero needs a crew. Build yours and diversify your skills by collecting teammates - from the PvZ characters you know and love, to daring new plants and zombies. There are hundreds to discover! Devise distinct strategies for your Hero by selecting compatible teammates and experiment with devastating combos. Or, use Auto Team-Builder to quickly create your team, try out new strategies, and automatically upgrade your teams as you collect new characters.

Rex T I know, it was a joke. Legendaries honestly are not all that amazingly rare in this game, at least when compared to other CCGs such as clash royale. Nothing to really boast about.

I'm rank 4 I had legendary when I was rank 1 but I did t gave money or cheat but I accidently used a bug.I opened a pack with 200 gems but then I didn't get any legendarys and I was sad but it showed like I used 50 gems then I opened pack with 150 gems and I got undying pharow

people are already throwing cash at this game, it's crazy
Well...people can spend their money on what they want. Plus, all of these animations aren't free. Each zombie/plant has their idle animation, usually their special ability animation(s), their summoned animations, as well as their attacking animations (zombies have 3 different attacking animations each, and plants have freaking 4 a piece). EA has to make money somehow.

Nope, I made a New Zealand Apple ID, so I couldn't even buy packs. I've been playing since the soft launch in March.
