Sugaan Essena is Black Thunder on the Gereg album. They wrote it in Mongolian originally and then 'translated' it into an star wars like language with the help of the game's developers.
I like to think that Mongolian throatsinging is like the Star Wars equivalent of rock or rap: the music of the working class, the oppressed masses, etc.
One of the composers wives wanted them in it because she saw the video for Wolf Totem and shared part of it so that is how they got involved because someone contacted their manager and they commissioned them to do it which made them very excited and happy since they were Star Wars fans since childhood. Their first video featuring all 8 of them was The Great Chinggis Khaan and then Wolf Totem with Jacoby Shaddix before this one.

Welcome to the club, young man. Walkers are to the right and there's multivitamins on the snacks table. If you hurry, there's a group of us going to tell kids to get off our lawn in a few minutes. :-P Congratz. :)
I must say, your react video was very pleasant. Many other TH-camrs who react feel compelled to stop what they are reacting to every 10-20 seconds to talk about it. 6:12 Loved your reactions there! I felt the same when I first heard it. :)
The song plays at two points in the game. First in the opening when Cal is listening to headphones. The second is a bit of a spoiler so I won’t say. Fits in quite well.
Happy late Birthday!!!!! Spoiler Alert!!: Its a battle theme and i shall admit that i didn't want to finish the fight just to enjoy the song, the main protagonist even mentions that "he recognizes the band" so they are now Canon in Star wars Universe....
As others have said, its a fictionous language made for the game. As in how it fits into the game, this was heard when the player is approaching a gladitorial arena to fight. That slow booming percussion is perfect for the scene.
I just turned 70. You are still young. I remember when i first time heard Black Sabbath first album. Since that my life has been metal. Every time I hear that album, I feel that I'm still a young man.
Happy birthday dude. The song has no lyrics because it is sang in a made up language specifically for the game, and it not Black Thunder. Afterward or beforehand (I forgot which came first), they "translated" the lyrics into Mongolian language and now it is called Black Thunder. They play the Mongolian version live.
I watched an interview with the band and the game designers. They wrote the song in Mongolian first and then translated it into the 'alien' language that the band helped create.
The song has meaning, it was written in Mongolian first and later translated to a fictional language. I can't say exactly what its about but I recall the band members saying it had something to do with the sky. It's funny seeing people argue that it's 'this' language or 'that' meaning when in actual fact, you can find the truth from the members themselves with an easy search.
@@wrathofbabushka8475 This interview tape answers all the questions I believe. You're correct. It was written in Mongolian first (as Black Thunder) and performed at their recent concert tours. Song was sang on made up alien language. At 6:08 felt like spaceship 🚀 being slingshot into the another galaxy

It is a great fit. Made me feel like I was A Mongolian Conqueror with a Lightsaber!
Hi Metalhead, if you want to know the lyrics just look up black thunder. Same words but this is sung in Star Wars language

It's actually sung in a Star Wars specific language The HU and Respawn made specifically for putting this song in Fallen Order
It is sung in Jabbas mothertoung
