uhhh I am from Finland and I can confirm, we have never ever had a lunch like that?? Cardamom bread is a dessert, and we don't have desserts and swets like that on regular days. Roasted turnips? absolutely never. Betroot salas yeah, but it is far more normal to have just lettuce/ cabbage with maybe some cucumber or tomatoes added in. Then we have stuff like potatoes with a meat sauce or maybe some casseroles. The only bread we have is rye bread or crisp bread.
