Nordic Walking Gets Seniors Moving Around Maple Grove

Maple Grove’s Sheryl Monfore has been leading a group of people in Nordic walking on neighborhood trails since 2012. “It energizes you and gets you out in nature,” said Monfore. The group walks together three days in different parts of Maple Grove.
