Yes. If you've only used Canva free elements, then you can promote on Tiktok and Instagram. If you've used Canva Pro elements, you need to have a Canva Pro account (or pay for each use, which adds up quite quickly).

Does Canva use text to speech, A1 voice over?
You can't convert text to speech in Canva natively (yet! There's a new update coming soon). But if you make your voice over and save it as an MP3, you can add it to your Canva project quite easily. (Upload file, find it again in 'uploads' in the audio section. Drag and drop. You can then move it around until everything is in the right place.) Does that answer your question?
Actually - I think this might be coming soon!

Canva has a free tier. You can do most of this on the free tier.
