PLOT TWIST: everything's going EXACTLY AS PLANNED
I knew the yandere would be crazy enough to kidnap me, so I left myself vulnerable ON PURPOSE. I've also been giving her tips on how to avoid the cops because it's too early for them to interfere and I need to gain the yandere's trust. When I asked to cuddle her and she accepted, I knew everything was in motion.
Now that she left everything of hers to me in her will, all that's left to do is to KILL HER. Since she had previously kidnapped me and I'm still technically a missing person by then, it would be easy to claim self-defense ("She would have followed me and killed me and my family if I escaped. I had no choice but to kill her"). If asked about the will, I'll tell the cops I had no idea and that they're being ridiculous ("Seriously, what kind of idiot leaves everything to their kidnap victim in their will in case they die?")
- of course, if the will was notarized, the notary would have to explain why a missing person was named in the yandere's will.
- if I can't kill the yandere myself, I'd leave clues for the cops to find. That way, they'll come to rescue me and shoot the yandere in case she resists.
Once that's done, I can cash in and get a non-felonious girlfriend to cuddle.

@@BryanGTheG no. I'm just laying out a plan to cash in on a yandere's stupidity. Like I said, only an idiot would leave everything to their kidnap victim in their will in the event of their death. Now the listener will have another reason to resist Stockholm syndrome.
- even a non-felonious girlfriend telling me that she left everything to me in her will (before marriage) is a turn-off, since that demonstrates a serious lack of judgment on her part. If she's that serious about it, it would make sense for her to wait until after marriage.
- it would also make sense to have escaping the psycho as a first priority. Killing that felon and then cashing in can wait (and exclusively in that order). You may not even need to kill her yourself if you get the cops involved, and the "cashing in" part is just a bonus you could live without.
Even if the listener was perfectly willing to stay with the yandere forever, if she got her will notarized, the notary would find it odd that a missing man was named as the sole beneficiary. As far as s/he is concerned, the "one man I love" could already be dead - so why would someone leave everything they own to a missing person when there's no evidence proving that he's still alive? More importantly, if the yandere is absolutely certain she wants to leave everything to that person, then it's a huge red flag since she knows where he is while he's still considered missing.
To sum it up, this yandere is adorable but nonetheless dumb and dangerous. If she was smart, she wouldn't have rushed to naming her victim in the will in the first place.
