This tyra in a match the other day would run across the map from me then when they didn't get heals they spam need heals vgs and type in cghat ban seris
True, can't forget the time I was jenos and I healed my Khan instead of my Talus then he proceeded to tell me that he was more important than the tank. I told him cooldowns exist, and to stop solo diving the entire enemy team by himself then expecting a jenos to burst heal him back to full.
Most important one, it's a team game, you need to work as a team. I can't count how many time people just went for kill more than focus on the teamwork. Also, capturing the objective in siege gave also an advantage. Yes, you have the comeback mechanic but in counterpart, don't forget that capturing the objective gave your team 300 credits.
I hate it so much when our team wiped out our enemy team and one of my teammates decided to go to the enemy base only to be dead 5 seconds after arriving there. I don’t understand why they don’t think about the fact that the whole enemy team died so they would all respawn at almost the same time. It would be a 5 vs 1 so why even go there. This is so annoying, especially as a healer. I just know they’re probably thinking about how “the healer didn’t heal me, what a noob.”
Don't you love it as a fellow healer when a viktor runs off point, out of heal radius, behind a wall, into the enemy spawn and when they get killed instantly they blame us the healer.
If you want to be good in general you need: 1.A balanced team composition, dmg champs for dps/good damage output 2-3 champs. Frontline for capturing point, take dmg for the team and push payload at least 1. Support is NECESSARY if u have a frontline becuase their going to be taking majority of the dmg, viable for sustainability and should have 1 in every team. Flank is optional if you want to have an upper hand in mobility and taking out potential threats otherwise play dmg or frontline 2. Be aware of the enemy team composition 3. Look at their loadout to get an insight on their playstyle and base ur loadout accordingly and items 4. Prioritise certain targets such as dmg dealers and supports or flanks, always take out potential threats first otherwise you'll face difficulty capturing the point and pushing the payload 5.Play smart and safe, only be aggressive if you know that you going to secure the kill, be able to escape or when potential threats are down, otherwise don't take chances. You don't always have to play by the rules, just don't do it oftenly. Use map hazards to your advantage too.😏 6. Don't be toxic and lash out at your teammates, everyone is at different skill levels and maybe point out what they should be doing and help them out. Only play ranked if your looking for competitive and serious gameplay, if your losing quite a few matches take a break and relax and then try again. Its just a game after all ;) 7. TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAMWORK
Spamming VHS can get your team killed if they can't hear the enemies using their abilities. It would be nice if Paladins had a system like TF2 where you get a marker on screen that tells you where the team mate in need of healing is.
if they have voice volume higher than effects volume, then that's THEIR fault. Footsteps are already loud as fuck, even with voices maxed out I can still hear footsteps.

5:56 I was playing furia and some skriks player would go behind enemy lines and die then spam that he needs healing, I had that 300% range but... It was certainly out of spite.
8:40 tip 8, i wish you also said that spamming vhs is not good but that using it once when you really need help is essential and really handy for the healer, i think that many ppl don't use it bcause they would sound 'toxic', and often when i use it only once they are getting irritates by it.
Yeah, because the community took what should of been a good way of letting your ally know, they need some heals and turned it into a form of toxicity. I can't tell you how many times I get "need healing" spam before the match starts. We haven't even done anything, can you chill the fuck out and wait til we start to be a dick. Support is actually my favorite role, but I find myself picking it less and less, because I just don't want to put up with the BS.
This should be a tip for damage classes always try and stay close to the healer to protect from flanks just one damage I mean like if I die and u keep spamming vhs do u really think I can heal u.
I'd like to add you can mute on console(PS4 at least, i think others too though) by opening the item store first then opening the scoreboard with the item store still open. Didn't find that out until level 100.
I have a tip for all the paladins player who play on console when you try to dodge an enemy your best bet is to jump as close to walls or objects they boost your jomp height no matter what champion you are it helps with avoiding some percentage of damage
Biggest thing was target priority. Please for the love of god ignore tanks unless they're diving you. I see so often dmg players just shooting tanks on point. Not only are you ignoring the healer that will heal all the dmg you're doing but behind you there is a flank killing your team. Rushing point does nothing. It doesn't matter if enemy gets 30% cap, let them sit there while you and your team confirm some kills and get map control. It'll take 2 seconds to burn the tanks on point after their whole team is dead.
One time I was playing with this toxic dude and I was trying to explain to him that sitting on the point isn't the main purpose it's more important to win the battle and he thought I was so stupid because all he would do is run to point
Thx Joshino for the tips. There was info shared here that I didn't know like the payload healing u however I was surprised to find out I know & use in the game. Thx again for your awesome streams and vids like these 👍🎮 Also you play a mean Willow. I don't usually play damage but I may start with her 😉
5:53 this. I love playing support but it's so annoying when the tank expects me to out heal the entire enemy team focus firing them, or when a teammate rushes up to the enemy spawn way past the point and can't understand why I'm not able to heal them.
@@redhunter1535 If they're camping enemy team spawn, sure, why not? Nah, just kidding. I'd prefer SITTING on my payload, Thank you very much. XD If they're camping in the ally base...well...they're a lost cause. XD
Can anyone tell me how can I enable the card cooldown that you can see at around 8:46? I always thought I can suggest it to Paladins because I didn't know they are in the game. EDIT: Found it under settings>card cooldowns>Enable
3:32 so that's why the enemies i fight doesn't charge in but just stays and then charge us when we are like 75% done and then after that they i just see they're objective capture progress fill up so fast
I decided to pause the entire video (as tip 9 starts) just to say this: As a healer main for 3 years, thank you SO MUCH for adding that one in there. (Tip 8: Don't spam VHS) It's just purely toxic, and the only healers that can heal everyone at once aren't meta because cauterize exists... and one of them still needs line of sight to do it. You say it MIGHT tilt healers, but it takes all of my willpower sometimes to not sit in spawn and do nothing when someone does it ONCE at this point, just because it's so demeaning and disrespectful.
THX THX THX! I met so many Bariks even at diamond+ which don´t use Failsave and/or Bowling Ball. And i see so often frontlines which refuse to buy reju and also often not resilence! Pls guys listen to him. Anyway good clip gw
As a main support, i found myself feeling called out at 8 :)) it's just truly annoying when they keep on spamming "Need healing" and tHeY'rE nOt eVeN iN yOuR rAnGe lIkE bOi i aInT gOiNg tO rUn around you while there's a whole team that also needs healing.
about that, I played Io against an Imani right, it was 3-1 for us, and we were so close to pushing the pl to the end. Imani used her ult, so I put Luna on the cart, Imani's dragon massacred our entire team and Luna pushed the pl to the end and we won
“Rejuvenate is very strong” - in the future, can you supply the current value, so that we know whether you are still talking about the current value of 5%
I have a good tip for flanks like Koga and Maeve. Learn how to rotate. For example, on Frog Isle there is a stair part leading to/from a upper bit looking over the point. If you are playing Koga, dash over there shoot and maybe get 1 or 2 then go back the other way with another dash to spawn. Then get heals and repeat. I see some of my friends playing as a flank who is meant to be fast and agile that dont use this and yell at our Io main to heal when hes in their spawn not ever rotating back to point.
My number 1 tip is to benefit the team, the game is about teamwork dmg stay back don’t flank unless you have good mobility damage champions, flank take out the healers and damage, tank, well tank the point, and also help out your healer by buying rejuvenate, simple I know but many people forget this in random match, sometimes even rank as well
For the stacking on objective tip, be careful with that if they have Skye. Ulting onto point at 99% enemy cap gave me my first ever penta and it happened twice in the same match.
New game mode in September: siege, but you trade champions with the support if you say need healing more than once without saying thanks after getting healed.
On the targeting tank thing. Is it that awful to do so for certain tanks? I'm a drogoz main, normally I can kill the tank faster than they are healed. And then I move on to the healer or the flank that by now is often moving in on me. With a lil luck we hold the point till the next push. And ill sometimes stall them and keep them stuck at their spawn depending on their team and the map. In those situations, we more often than not capture the point. Because given the map only the odd flank or healer gets past me, but is taken care of pretty quickly by our team while I (and sometimes another dps or flank) hold back their bigger dps and tanks. Unless things are going super good we don't always kill all of the tanks and dps that we are holding back, but by now their team is mostly separated into waves of flanks and healers and dps and tanks. Which imo are the easiest combos to handle if you had to choose. The best games don't last very long at all. And the worst games last a long time, but once that tactic doesn't work the first time it's not very hard to switch to what is described in the video, after hopefully defending successfully of course. You can tell right away which maps itll work on, and with what enemy team it will work on. Besides, there's nothing more satisfying than pushing an enemy team back into their bloody spawn and killing them as they are coming out.
Dude as a person that mostly plays as a support champion I agree with tip #8! We do our best but we can't heal everyone at once unless they are all close by, if the team is scattered we can't just dash across the whole map to heal someone. Some of us focus mostly on tanks and people standing on the point. In TDM and Onslaught the team is usually a bit spread out. I did decide not to heal a Tyra cuz they kept spamming the "need healing" button which made me lose concentration while trying to heal a tank.
5:42 I can't even say how many times I've had people spam need healing (when I'm healer lol) as I'm sweating trying to chase them down. I literally spend the whole game running after my team to heal them, but still get blamed for us loosing and being called trash. So frustrating. It might be my fault for just not playing healer right but when I try and focus my healing on frontlines (and the damage(s) if they're nearby) the flanks get mad. But if I try and chase everyone on the team down to heal, sometimes frontlines end up dying if I don't get back fast enough. Does anyone have any tips for that?
When I play barik his rocket boats are entirely to bail out of situations, so instead of getting that shield I increase its duration to push me far out of harms way.
I got extra champions without dojusting anything.... I ended up maining one of the extra champions (strix) but (because of technical issues with my ns account) I have just decided I want to make a new account. Do I get strix again?
Okay im a flank champion or also know as a maeve champion player and thanks for the tips but im not sure if i will be able to remember all of them i might forget some of them but i'll try to remember as many as i can
Just one questions because im to stupid too find it: here can i turn on that thing in the right corner which shows the items i already bought in the game

This should be a tip for damage classes always try and stay close to the healer to protect from flanks just one damage I mean like if I die and u keep spamming vhs do u really think I can heal u.
Every Frontline: *NEED HEALING!*
Genji: *I NEED HEALING!*
Fun fact: illuminate also works on seris, making tip 14 easier to do
Hehe i watched you editting this on Mixer :D funny to see it now it is finished!
Thank you! Not many people understand how difficult it is sometimes for a support main to keep everyone healed.
I'd like to add you can mute on console(PS4 at least, i think others too though) by opening the item store first then opening the scoreboard with the item store still open. Didn't find that out until level 100.
Thank you. Literal life saver! 😍
I have a tip for all the paladins player who play on console when you try to dodge an enemy your best bet is to jump as close to walls or objects they boost your jomp height no matter what champion you are it helps with avoiding some percentage of damage
Great video! Your tips are definitely legit and verified by me :p
Keep up the good content Josh
I am not a new player (played since viktors release ) but I didn't know that payload heals you lol.Btw very informative video!
This proves that tutorial needs an update -_-
Same here. The game don't tell you a lot of things..
Begining of the video and I already see a JoJo Reference

Thank you
"muda muda muda"
laugh guys its from jojo
Yes plz do more tip videos ! This one was great
Biggest thing was target priority.
One time I was playing with this toxic dude and I was trying to explain to him that sitting on the point isn't the main purpose it's more important to win the battle and he thought I was so stupid because all he would do is run to point
tip 26: don't use 'f' as your movement key
shift users = master race
I can't use shift and two keys at the same time, my keyboard sucks bruh
@jocaguz18 or just a better keyboard
@jocaguz18 but that's what i need, I play other games, not just paladins xp
I can't jump and use the W+A, really really I meed another keyboard
@jocaguz18 thumb 2 gang
@jocaguz18 so comfy, in every player that streams i see just Q and F / Shift
Congrats on 100k subs
5:40 YES MAN SO TRUE!
So many times to count the anoyance haha😅
This is a great video. I actually enjoy the longer tip videos as well
Thanks for the tips Joshino
Can you make an Io guide pleaseee... With loadouts too
No need, I’m just gonna max out cauterise and bulldozer anyway :)
@@underlap1 I mean when you play her -_-'
imagine needing a guide for io lmfao
Did not know the cart heals....wow...mind blown.
Thx Joshino for the tips. There was info shared here that I didn't know like the payload healing u however I was surprised to find out I know & use in the game. Thx again for your awesome streams and vids like these 👍🎮
Also you play a mean Willow. I don't usually play damage but I may start with her 😉
Tip 26. When there's three other flanks and no frontline, your level 3 Skye probably isn't the best pick.
Facts
Or level 2 koga
5:53 this. I love playing support but it's so annoying when the tank expects me to out heal the entire enemy team focus firing them, or when a teammate rushes up to the enemy spawn way past the point and can't understand why I'm not able to heal them.
Congrats for 100k johsino☺
Oh thank God you included VHS.
Like, I'm trying my best here. Don't spam VHS while you're diving recklessly with 5v1 like hell, I won't follow you. XD
Yeah keep healing the tank camping at spawn then. Great idea.
@@redhunter1535
If they're camping enemy team spawn, sure, why not?
Nah, just kidding. I'd prefer SITTING on my payload, Thank you very much. XD
If they're camping in the ally base...well...they're a lost cause.
Played this game for a long time and didnt know about the comeback mechanic
I never watched you or any Paladins video, today i downloaded it and
*BOOM* video
I decided to pause the entire video (as tip 9 starts) just to say this:
As a healer main for 3 years, thank you SO MUCH for adding that one in there.
“Where are my healers, nobody is healing me??!!!” “Um I’m dead because you weren’t protecting me” “maybe be stronger lol”
Seems like you changed the clip of you shoting those targets 😂😂 awesome video bro ❤❤
THX THX THX! I met so many Bariks even at diamond+ which don´t use Failsave and/or Bowling Ball. And i see so often frontlines which refuse to buy reju and also often not resilence! Pls guys listen to him.
Anyway good clip gw
Finally broke 100k, great job joshino!
loved the video, loved the energy ! keep it up
As a main support, i found myself feeling called out at 8 :)) it's just truly annoying when they keep on spamming "Need healing" and tHeY'rE nOt eVeN iN yOuR rAnGe lIkE bOi i aInT gOiNg tO rUn around you while there's a whole team that also needs healing.
Nice tips, thank you. Do you make each hero tips too?
Tip 26: Io’s Fox can stand on the point while your teammates attack
well ain't that fuckin op
about that, I played Io against an Imani right, it was 3-1 for us, and we were so close to pushing the pl to the end.
My number 1 tip is to benefit the team, the game is about teamwork dmg stay back don’t flank unless you have good mobility damage champions, flank take out the healers and damage, tank, well tank the point, and also help out your healer by buying rejuvenate, simple I know but many people forget this in random match, sometimes even rank as well
what type of reticle do you recommend using?
I’d love many more paladins videos. I’m actually struggling a bit with the tank characters and there aren’t many videos that have helped me with this.
If I keep on dying (which I plan on getting better at not dying) is it good to buy master rider?
For the stacking on objective tip, be careful with that if they have Skye. Ulting onto point at 99% enemy cap gave me my first ever penta and it happened twice in the same match.
Bruh Joshino you and Kamivs are the reason I picked up my old beautiful main Maeve and for that I say thank u good sir
New game mode in September: siege, but you trade champions with the support if you say need healing more than once without saying thanks after getting healed.
finally, i can actually heal the team now.
How do pros warm up in paladins and what do they usally play in paladins
Tip 8 is so frustrating. Im in plat and still people dont understand how cauterize work
What does the percentages in the top left mean?
I'm sorry
First comment, second like, second view,
Also loved the gameplay at the start. You were using my favourite character.
Truly...awesome
No joke, I was downloading Discord when your promotion of Discord started lol
my tip: If ash knocks you back so many times and ofer huge distances be sure to buy resiliance as a point tank. It redruces the amount of knockback.

I can't even say how many times I've had people spam need healing (when I'm healer lol) as I'm sweating trying to chase them down.
I just instantly say to people on the first vhs spam i won't heal you at all if you spam.
how do you change location of abilities?
8:05 what if I yell you that I get stuck in walls or the jumps glitch when I jump along a wall in many viable map locations?
When I play barik his rocket boats are entirely to bail out of situations, so instead of getting that shield I increase its duration to push me far out of harms way.
Finally someone who respects healers
I got extra champions without dojusting anything.... I ended up maining one of the extra champions (strix) but (because of technical issues with my ns account) I have just decided I want to make a new account. Do I get strix again?
I am main tank and healer, i hate people who start flaming you for no reasons, is there any command to mute them on chat?
What is CC like ive been playing this game for years and i still dont know what it is?
Crowd control I think
Crowd control like stuns
Okay im a flank champion or also know as a maeve champion player and thanks for the tips but im not sure if i will be able to remember all of them i might forget some of them but i'll try to remember as many as i can
Just one questions because im to stupid too find it: here can i turn on that thing in the right corner which shows the items i already bought in the game
IDK man i have been trying too find it for ages and honestly I’ve given up hope
RESPECT HEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
