This is part of Kishtwar - Killar road if anyone interested. This is the narrowest part of the road, but the whole road follows Chenab river and is close to this, just wider.

Seen it happen with my own two eyes., on very similar roads. Was dangerous as hell, no road, valley next to it, people inside. Was amazing.

I've driven La Rumorosa between Mexicali and TJ, but it is much tamer. Lots of vehicular debris down slope though.

Yep .At 1.08 he rode away leaving his camera on a rock. It can stay there , I wouldn't go back for it unless by foot.

If the road was in the middle of flat terrain it would be easy, at least if on a light bike. What makes it so scary (obviously) are the off-the-charts dangerous consequences of a moment of inattention or some type of mistake. The only chance of surviving a fall would be if it was on the left side, or if anywhere close to the valley side, a fall towards the mountain side and a get-off, letting the bike go over the side without being on it.
Very scary ride. Loss of life a good possibility.

I'd love to do that. If you have locals coming the other way however in a truck and they are high on coca leaf, they could easily force your bike off the cliff before they realize you're there.
