Yes as of October 14th 2024 there are no sales of skipjack in the state of Alabama and the limit is 50 per person. From my understanding this will be the law until October of 2029. Thanks for watching I appreciate it 👍

Yes, it is now illegal to buy/sell skipjack in Alabama. You can still use it as bait if you can catch your own😅.
