Is it possible to cover zone 4 first and then go reverse ? There are many feeding the animals activities in zone 4( zebra, girrafe, rhino) and the feeding timings are all in morning timings.

Don't have much idea about how gpay works in Singapore, as we did not use it there.
Are we allowed to take outside food(homemade food) in any of the attraction
Like universal studio or zoo or garden by the bay
Not really. You can take baby food or any specific food if you have allergies.
You can bring foods inside the Zoo and Garden by the Bay as they don't check your belonging that include foods. For Garden by the Bay food and drinks are prohibited in the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, but you can setup a picnic outside the lake or just sit around supertrees area to enjoy your foods. For Universal Studios no outside foods or drinks are allowed. One tips I can recommend for Universal Studios was have your meal outside before you went into Sentosa and also for every attractions do bring along your bottle as they have free cool water refiller so you don't have to spend $2 $3 for drinks

It depends on which card you are using and what percentage of mark up fees is applicable on your card.
I purchased a singapore zoo ticket, mistakenly for resident option. But we are travelling from India. Will this impact our entry there
would recommend to change it to non resident.
