Ingredients
1/2 cup chana dal
1 cup Golden sella chawal
1 tbsp desi ghee / oil
Pinch of asafoeida
2 bay leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 green cardamom
1 cinnamon
1 black cardamom
2 cloves
2" ginger
3-4 green chilli
2 tomatoes
Salt to taste
2.5 cup water
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander leaves
