I broke my collarbone a year ago and it honestly did not hurt all that bad. It wasn’t much of a break though. I did not need surgery and I was fully healed in roughly 3 months or so.
The good news is that, right before it kills you, the stairs will wake you up from the minute-long blackout from the beginning of the ride, so you won't miss the ENTIRE experience.
In addition to the crippling spinal injuries inflicted to all riders, the vertical G-forces would likely severely damage the structural integrity of the track itself irl.
Reminds me of the scenes in Tom and Jerry or looney toons when Tom or Sylvester gets knocked out and their deflated, limp, broken body slinks down the stairs 😂 I guess this is their perspective they saw while like that
I figure about two thirds of the way down the steps is where your head would tear off. You should add a pile of detached heads on the ground below that feature as a nice detail.
