I have the Monkees and the Monkees guitar tattooed on my back. When I built this model parts didn't fit well but, you know, I love it. The actual history of the car is very interesting. For example, the first motor was so powerful it tore the rear end out.
Very nice work Love how you distinguished car #1 vs #2. But how to decide which car to model ? I’d go with what was shown on TV I guess. One extra detail improvement would be to drill out the four (eight) side exhaust horns and paint their interiors flat black. They look a little hunky.
