But one thing, could you please update the metric measurement in your website? i know that using cup measurement can be very forgiving and the result was still amazing. Hey Haley! The brownies on TH-cam are a half recipe done in an 8x8 pan. In the blog post it’s a 9x9 recipe, so it’s doubled which is why there's different cook times. Hope that helps!

Becuase white sugar and brown sugar have different molasses content, i wouldn't recommend!
