I love scifi movies but did anyone else notice what the female pilot said, "There haven't ever been any survivors". If that is the case how did they hear about the island and all the unexplainable circumstances involving past flights? Someone had to have survived in order to tell about the island.

Imagine making a dinosaur movie in 2024 with 20+ years old special effects, and having people hunted by fish-eating flying lizards in your very first scene. The lack of money and basic knowledge of the main subject is so flagrant and it's barely been a minute. This is very promising. I take it back, 20 years old special effects was too generous. This is like Star Trek levels, with people shaking in their cardboard and plastic helicopters, so more like 30+ years. And wtf even is that thing that kills people by screaming so hard it makes their heads explode?
Most of the time I was rooting for the Dinos. The decisions the characters were making liking running into a tent to escape a T-Rex were bizarre and then later the same man was found in the tent with his face chewed off didn't make sense either. A T-Rex would have taken off more than his facial skin. The CGI was good. Too bad the script didn't give us more with the characters in building suspense, tension, and fear. The movie had potential.
Not only that, the script was bad too... When that black girl screaming as she was getting eaten by the flying beast, the other two didn't even try to save her, or at the least shot at the beasts...And that fella who was in the tent holding a machine gun, not once did he tried to shoot at the T-Rex as it was peeking in the tent or 6 or 7 feet away, lol...The woman who did took a few shot at the T-Rex, why did she have to stand out in the open like that, of only 8 feet away from it?..Why not at least stand behind the big tree that was behind her and shoot from there?.lol

Don't helicopters rotate straight down,in the best of all situations, I imagine wind could effect the trajectory. But hey, this is a dinosaur movie.....they are allowed a bit of artistic license.....have fun with it!!!!😂😂😂😂😂

And I actually liked this movie… (No spoilers) but I kind of wish it would’ve ended differently, but the ending did prove what I was thinking throughout.. which I think was a great concept and I like to see a big production company do movie like this… And expand on it.. anyway if you like all the budget (obviously not made with a lot of money) sci-fi movies? with shoty but ok special effects, then you’ll love this one. You could have used Quetzal or hatz pterosaur, pterodactylus is way overused already. You could use Allosaurus or yangchuanosaurus as carnivore threat. Put some herbivore dinosaurs here too. Dinosaur movie can be better if researched well.
31 minutes in they find a hand held "tranciever radio" with 2 bars BUT NO BATTERY . Point of interest (from an old ham radio opperator) . With that sort of radio, a walky talky if you will, with no battery you get nothing, the radio would not work at all, you couldn't even turn it on.

Another Horror/Sci-fi/Thriller fact is that ALL writers are legally bound to insert into their scripts. All high powered guns can not touch or cause harm to the monsters. All the people who use them can't aim or find it better not to use them at all but to stand, scream, and run away.

Always negative comments 😂 You never go into these movies with great expectations. They’re stupid fun movies. And I actually liked this movie… (No spoilers) but I kind of wish it would’ve ended differently, but the ending did prove what I was thinking throughout.. which I think was a great concept and I like to see a big production company do movie like this… And expand on it.. anyway if you like all the budget (obviously not made with a lot of money) sci-fi movies? with shoty but ok special effects, then you’ll love this one. I like them all…no need to be negative… and actually the acting wasn’t that bad.. not terrific but it wasn’t that bad 😊

31 minutes in they find a hand held "tranciever radio" with 2 bars BUT NO BATTERY . Point of interest (from an old ham radio opperator) . With that sort of radio, a walky talky if you will, with no battery you get nothing, the radio would not work at all, you couldn't even turn it on.
