The song is a hidden masterpiece from Suede's album (AUTOFICTION). A song where you can feel their breath in the 90s.
Looking at Brett Anderson's robustness, you can feel how important a leader plays.
I'll tell ya, as AMAZING as his vocals are, I love the outro. Just a simple guitar solo and it gives Brett a chance to rock out!

My Uncle introduced me to Suede. I grew up during the 90s and at school it was Oasis , Blur and if lucky Pulp.
Since being introduced I've seen Brett and the lads countless times. And for me , they are the greatest band to come out of the 90s, the fact they continue to release unbelievable Albums.

I just wonder why so many critics who give Autofiction high praise pick out most of the tracks but not this one! For me it's the biggest winner all day long, although "That Boy on the Stage", "It's Always the Quiet Ones" and "What Am I Without You?" are also highlights, and perhaps "She Still Leads me on" as well. Choosing the "Best of Suede" for an album or a live concert list must be a challenging task!
