    Sometimes people need to remember she’s there to be a mentor, not a babysitter

    One of the reason why she's so strict of detail is cause that's how she was trained in Yg

  • @Enlightened08
    @Enlightened08 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Shes not even strict. This is what instructors, who take their craft seriously and want their students to succeed do. The media nitpick at what idols do every second of the day so what she is doing is nothing and it comes from a place of love.

    It's understandable that Lisa is strict because she had a hard training when she was still a trainee in YG. YG artists are the most scary mentors especially Hoony, GD, B.I and now Lisa. Just like what Jinu said, the training in YG is like a survival show without a camera. So, no wonder why they are so scary because they wanted to apply it to the trainees to become better.

    This is YG training. They are perfectionists. Starting from YG himself to everyone. Like GD said " if it is just about putting out music, then can do that every week if they want to. But, in YG it is about the perfect music at the perfect time. Everything must be perfect." That is the YG way and that is why their artists comebacks take the longest. As an old school YG stan, that is the first thing you will learn, is to be patient because once they have a comeback it will blow your mind.

    I agree, people normally don't see this side of Lisa because she is known for bringing happiness and laughter within Blackpink or just in general...she is basically a goofball (to put it nicely) and not only that she has crackhead energy that I absolutley love and to just see Lisa being like this is kinda terrifying but good at the same time, it shows she probably won't stand for b-sh*t and that she makes a good coach and mentor as you said BRIS.

    twitter literally tore her apart for this video. people started calling her rude or stuck up and that just shows that many people don’t know the concept of discipline. lisa is doing this because she cares.

    The “you don’t have to be sorry to me” line brings me straight back to free throw drills at the end of practice. Every miss was a sprint down the court for the team. You can guarantee that made you concentrate harder. Haha!

    I don't understand why it shocks so many people that Lisa is strict in practically 4 years of career she never made any missteps. She has always been perfect in all areas. Lisa has always been the most smiling and it's not because she's necessarily happy it's just professionalism. So it doesn't surprise me that she is a perfectionist and she must surely be very hard with herself just to see her journey since she is young she has always given herself thoroughly. She always pushes her limits to be the best. A truly admirable journey, the first on 4000 in auditions in Thailand after she arrives in a foreign country where she is trained by the best teachers in one of the strictest agencies, knowing that in addition she did not know how to speak Korean at all she had to adapt to learn as quickly as possible and despite everything as Jennie said in an interview that when she was trained "Lisa always got an A for everything", it simply means that Lisa was always at the top of their monthly evaluations, whether it was dancing, rapping , compose or sing. She is truly incredible, she is not human.

    "You don't have to be sorry to me, be sorry to your friends." Bruh. Damn near every school teacher I had said some variation of this, strict or not😂😂. "Don't apologize to me, apologize to yourself." Lisa's doing a great job.

    I feel like people forget that just because she’s an idol, she’s been dancing for a long time and is completely qualified to be a dance mentor. That’s why she’s on the show doing what she’s doing. I’m actually not seeing anything really harsh. She’s teaching them how to translate what you see to what your body is doing. She’s showing them dedication, how to push themselves, to keep going, and how to feel the music. If you’re not feeling it, it’s not going to look good. In the end, she’s going to have helped their confidence tremendously.

    Lisa is actually patient with the trainees in the video. She asks questions, she gives her insights, she literally shows the moves up to the very small detail and she’s straightforward. That is real coaching in their industry.

    There are some antis who took this as a chance for hating Lisa. Thank you for talking the truth about how she needs to act when she is a mentor. You are my favourite reaction channel! Please watch more videos from this show! You can see how supportful and good she is towards trainees! Especially you should watch the video where a trainee made Lisa cry! Stay healthy💙💙
