I wasn't familiar with the term 'Mind Sculpturing,' but it's been integral to my yoga practice. For instance, attempting the leg split (Hanumanasana) since childhood seemed impossible until my 40s. After turning 45, I began practicing yoga with a deeper understanding of its philosophy. I'd sit calmly and mentally visualize myself performing Hanumanasana for a few days. Then, one day, I tried it in real life and succeeded. Addressing minor issues in this way has sometimes caused setbacks, but I've also experienced significant benefits.
1.Ask small Question, negative question convert positive way 2.Rehearsal into mind (Mind sculpturing) 3. Start small, act small (compound Effect) 4. Slove small problems, Prevent before lose (don't ignore blindspot) 5. Give self reinforcements 6. Recognize small and important moment and behavior (Broken Window Theory)
Nicely explained. I think small actions will make lot of improvement as was suggested in Automic Habits. Madam, your content is really a great contribution to the needy people who are in the search of useful things.
