Not western European though apart from Spain. Greece/Serbia/Spain/Italy/Lithuania/etc. Also there is Russia. Basically, the Balcans love Basketball. Eh probably, I've never seen any serious basketball match so I can't really say anything about the subject ^^ And, well, Japanese somehow lack in the physical department... So maybe that's it? Or the coaching doesn't really suit them?
