I am from India, a Man Utd fan since the days of SAF, when PL started to broadcast here. Still remember how as a wee kid I was entranced by the team of Giggs, Scholes, a young Ronaldo and Wazza and my personal favorite for who I became a fan - Becks. Fast forward to now, this is really one of the best channels I've seen on Man Utd so far. It is so much different from all the "fan reaction channels" which just bank on emotions with vapid reasoning. Your channel is educational, has great analysis and is backed by thorough research and a sound knowledge of the game. Subscribed and look forward to your videos. All the best, mate. 🙌
Aj, i think the reason why our LB was able to really invert pretty comfortably was because garnacho is more of a natural winger, so he was able to provide that width better than rashford would, keeping the ball a little longer and moving it about in that wider area
When Shaw returns I’d love to Ten Hag play Shaw overlapping Rashford, assuming Rashford plays off the left, and then have Dalot or Mazroui playing a similar role to Collyer at RB with Amad or Garnacho holding the width off the right
Surprised that Barnsley fell for the trigger of their press time after time. Bayindir stepped in to the defence with possession and waited for their press to stretch the shape before breaking the first line. They didn't seem to adapt or read it at all.
Yours have always been a voice of reason among the fan base content creators. Once more, a very good breakdown of the technical aspects of the game. This team contained Harry, Erickson, Casemiro, Evans @ 37yrs, a young Collyer @ LB. Hardly a collection of players, who are desired by some fan commentators, yet they played very very well and were efficient in front of goal. We the fan base should not underestimate the amount of pressure we collectively are placing on the players, thanks to social media. We should also let the coaching staff do their job. Emotion, especially if we wear it on our sleeves can be a destructive force and not creative. Come on United!!
A problem has been for a while that Dalot is being used at left back rather than right back and while he's doing ok it really limits his attacking abilities. Mazaroui is more comfortable and experienced at left back so in the short term I'd put Mazaroui left back and Dalot left back to get the best of them
Thank you for the reminder that Collyer was really playing as a quasi-midfielder rather than a full time left back. Simple, but overlooked by me. Cheers!
Love your analytical precision. You show a great deal of understanding of the game. Always love to see your view after each of our games and you never disappointed.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Started listening to AJ 'round about the same time I started listening to Scarlet Report and thought "ah.... boring" compared to the latter but I've come to realise, through his consistency, attention to detail and dedication through good and bad days that this is a science to AJ, not just something to pass time .....
Keep up the brilliant work with these vids. Clear, concise and educating the fanbase. Excellent analysis. Hoping United can take the confidence and the positive habits from this game to Selhurst park on weekend.
What I'm loving at the moment is the Casemiro line breaking pass to an overlapping Dalot then cutback into Garnacho in the box move. It's looking really effective at the moment and hopefully it will be Hojlund in the box instead when he comes back.
There’s still problem with that midfield low-key eriksen not mobile enough tho good on the ball, ugarte and Casemeiro diving into tackle late amd few openings where we pressed. I feel scared playing decent teams still
We won't get carried away, Barnsley played terribly, nonetheless, we put on a professional performance. We showed we have depth in certain areas. But like ETH said, we weren't devastated after Liverpool and we aren't rejoicing headlessly today. 7-0, good win, lets build from here and get some consistency/momentum going. Onwards and upwards.
can't lie after the match I was mad that we didn't score 11 goals, that's the amount of genuine chances I saw on the pitch, let's replicate these attacking threats against better teams💪🏻💪🏻
I think it should also be stated That bindir long range passing was also a threat it may not have always been effective but it was another out for the opposition to worry about?
Whether or not you are a Rashford supporter, this team looks soooooo much better when he is playing confidently and scoring. If he can get back to the form he was in 2 seasons ago we could make some noise?
Barnsley surely thought if Newport County & Coventry City could give man utd a scare, they have a chance but how wrong were they?😂 Surely after the 5th goal, they should have stup up shop.

Good point. That's why they are in a lower league?

Facts. Also don’t really understand how a switch wouldn’t be in a good wingers bag. It’s lowkey a pretty standard thing…

Wish we got Eriksen at his prime easily our best midfielder right now better than both Kobbie and Bruno imo

Ok, so weve bearen the swcond worst team in the prem and Barnsley. Lets kust wait untill we play a decemt side again.

No, a 7-0 destruction is when you go to anfield and get your ass handed to you by your rivals.
