My sister's youngest was allergic to dairy and her mother's breastfeeding milk, she was raised on goats milk. The change in her was immediate. Baby's are so vulnerable aren't they. So small, yet take so much time - exhausting but so worth it. Francis that was a great save with Rio. When I had my first daughter, I was home with her and dressed her in beautiful dresses everyday because I wanted to and had nothing else to do. Then I had my second daughter. She went to a sitter at 2 months, and I dressed her in plain sleepers daily because they were more comfy and practical. What your children wear doesn't matter. People bold enough to make comments behind their screen are mean and know nothing. You are wonderful parents so don't let stupid people make you fell 'less than'!!!!! I adore your beautiful family!!!!

Ya know- for the first 6 months of a baby's life- they think they're still attached to that pulse that's very familiar to them. A baby doesn't realize they have their own bodies- separate from their mothers and their own body parts they can use without anyone's help. They usually discover that at around 6 months. So seeing Carley and Rebel love eachother was so so perfectly beautiful 💜

My daughter was allergic to cows milk too, after a stint in the hospital and everything eliminated, she was put onto infasoy. Im going back over 30 years now. But it was the turn in the corner she needed. Most times they grow out of it, she did, but its not natural for us to drink cows milk, so using an alternative isn't as bad thing to do. The wee ones are super cute!!

Glad to see Rebel is doing better with the dairy free breast milk. My step grandson has a severe milk allergy and it's a struggle to find things that don't contain dairy. If you run out of the milk maybe soy formula would work in a pinch.

For the wind, maybe some wind exercises and stomach exercises for her digestion. There are quite a few videos. Other than that I would see a digestion specialist. My brother had to drink a soy or rice based formula for his digestion.

I thought of 1 more thing that *might* help-tummy time. If she is on her little play mat, tummy time might possibly help with any gas issues. She loves being in the front carrier, and she is held snugly to you guys chest-so maybe the gentle pressure helps her? 😇🙏

Great parents. Some babies are just unsettled. Dairy free my help, as long as baby otherwise well. As they grow the unsettled colicky behaviour usually improves. So keep up with the rocking and cuddles. ( have worked with babies most of my working life!)
Crazy comment about clothes we could not get trousers for girl babies in the early seventies when my daughter was born so when she crawled I bought boys romper suits to make it easier for her do not think it has damaged her .Great re-cycling I think
