Thank you for sharing this about her. I never in my life heard of this lady until today....and I will be on the hunt to find this woman so I can learn from her. It all starts at home. I been cooking since I was about 7 or 8. That's usually when you learn growing up in black family's and I'm the country areas. My mama never had money for McDonald's and Burger King and all the places kids wish to go and Pizza hut stuff like dat. I was fed her cooked meals and we we're always on a budget. Always. So there were lots of LIVERMUSH eggs grits pinto beans and cornbread and black eye peas collards tater salad and I thank God every second my grandmothers my mama showed me what to do...now I have big dreams of opening up sweet teas kitchen....y'all look out for me in the Carolinas ☺
