Quick removal system of side pads for helmet removal in case of an accident. This system avoids possible injuries during the helmet removal maneuver.

The interior pads have been developed specifically for each helmet size to fit all heads in an optimal way. The materials used for the manufacture of these elements combine different fabrics that favour ventilation, reduce moisture and dry quickly. All interior pads can be easily removed for washing or replacing them.

The base of this helmet has a three-point support system that has been developed to provide good stability when the Thunder 4 SV is placed on flat surfaces. This makes it easier to handle the helmet for cleaning or maintenance, but also allows the elements inside the helmet to be insulated from the surface enhancing cleanliness when using the helmet.

HI everyone, Stop promoting MT helmets and praising them. you will only understand their face when you go for warranty. as a user of MT helmet I had bad experience in warranty claim and i would suggest people to stop promoting this brand. retailers will sell anything for money, please be aware everyone.

every Brand different warranty terms according to the country they sell, if same happens in US or UK company penalized. since India they don't follow any rules or proper manufacturing quality.

I love the fit of this helmet. I got mine the Thunder 4 SV test design. By my experience, the downside is the wind noise; I experienced temporary hearing loss when I used it. Ear plugs are highly advised.
The wind noise in this helmet is so annoying😢

It seems more like a touring helmet which could have a micrometric insead of dd for the sake of touring convenience.
It's a touring helmet. In case of emergency a common person can operate a micrometric system but they can't open a DDR system..also micrometric now days are as secure.
@@Vickyrocks247 That’s why we have quick release mechanism for emergency purposes. Also accidents don’t discriminate If you are touring or taking rounds on a track. Even latest micrometric fasteners aren’t safe as DDR. If they are, we still won’t have restrictions for using only DDR on race tracks. Also from personal experience, I’ve seen one of my friend’s HJC with micrometric fasteners come off in the event of a crash.
@@thridevsuvarnan8208 you know about quick release mechanism, I know about but a general person who , in case, need to remove the helmet won't be able to understand!! And yes , micrometric system is less secure than DDR but with advancement in materials and technology it is very less likely to open on speeds allowed on roads. If a good brand helmet's micrometric system failed in accident than most probably the helmet wasn't correct size or was worn for more than 3-4 years ( most people don't understand that helmets also have shelf life and they keep wearing same for many years!)
And regarding helmets coming off, i have seen DDR helmets coming off too many times while on track .. !! Most of the time the reason for helmet going off during crash is not related to strap closure system but loose fitting or aged helmets!!
No Double D-Ring ! 🤦
Testing has show that D ring are not any more safe then micrometric lock it is just that people may not fully tighten a micrometric lock.
@@SurajSinghTomarArya Double D ring is the only locking mechanism where buckle failure can take place after strap failure, in all other ones the buckle breaks first...

Thans CROSSPLANE LOVER KULDEEP 93. We understand that Double D Ring is perfect for sport/racing helmets but the new Thunder 4 Sv is more a sport/tourer one, so we decided to use a micrometric system which fits perfectly to the usage of this helmet. In any case, thanks a lot for your opinion. 😉
