  • Robert Jenrick discusses the anniversary of the October 7th attack, condemning extremism and calling for police enforcement against terrorists. He criticized the BBC's focus on Gaza over Israel during the anniversary.
Jenrick also highlighted the resignation of Keir Starmer's chief of staff, Sue Gray, over allegations of obstructing national security briefings. He emphasized the need for an investigation and criticized Starmer's leadership.
On immigration he said Britain was now the illegal migrant capital of Europe.

It is a rump of MPs who survived the last election, most of whom are "con-socialists" and whom Jenrick doesn't have a hope in hell of bringing around to what he now says are his views and policies.

Today I've read two estimates of the number of illegals in the UK. One says 1 in 100, the other 1 in 50. Even using the lower estimate, a back of envelope calculation suggests that this is costing taxpayers around £2.5 billion a year. That's many, many times the cost of pensioners' winter fuel allowance!

How is the man in the street (me) supposed to understand what the hell is going on? Jenrick insists we need to leave the ECHR to ship ILLEGAL migrants out of the country. And then the guest on this show points out the Italy, France, and Germany are all members of the ECHR but it doesn't stop them shipping ILLEGAL migrants out of their countries. Could it be that we have no intention or desire to ship ILLEGAL migrants out of the country? Just asking.
