This is probably one of my favourite houses I saw on this channel. A lot of them are bit too sterile, and look more like museum/staged, but her house has that modern, clean design with homey vibes. Love it.

This house has way more personality then the one we see on the show. From the floor to the sofas (new & vintage) to the bar (stunning piece) to the diningroom and to the art! Everything flows doesn't feel overthought. Feels homy for such a big house

Well let's say she makes $10 million a year. She lives in CA. Federal tax (36%) State tax (14%) FICA and State Insurance Tax (2%). After paying about 52% of your salary to taxes, you are left with a take home salary of 48%...you are now lett with $4.8 million. Divide that by 52 weeks you're looking at $90,000 per week. 0.1% * $90,000= $90. That's an extra $360 per month...if that's what you need to upgrade your apartment, work an extra 2 hours per day or work on the weekends.
Also please note that is very general. The percentages go out to the hundredths and does not include deductions. Also CA has a progressive tax system so everything fluctuates. For example if you're a minimum wage worker at $11/40hr per week...you're paying about 15-20% in taxes.

This is a very peculiar house. On one hand, all that white and clean surfaces makes the house very sterile looking. On the other hand, her taste in art is so strange that you don't know what to conclude - a purple torso, a painting of a child sticking out her tongue, a realistic looking sheep?
Sheila Blische I feel like those style houses are nice. I think it looks really crisp and clean. Kylie’s house is the same but she did mention she liked having pops of color throughout her house. So it balances out imo.

I wonder if Kris Jenner would explode if someone put a knitted afghan on the back of the couch. Actually a knitted, colorful afghan would look really good on the sheep or covering up that purple torso.
